Happy St. Patrick's Day! When a bunch of Americans celebrate the myth of a British man saving the Irish people, sanctified by the Catholics, by drinking to excess.
Made Irish Soda Bread with green butter, apples and cheddar with the Coop kids today. Makes me want to make homemade butter always. I wonder if it would be cheaper? Prolly not, because we'd just eat more butter.
